About the workshop

The EDI Fresk creates a safe space for teams to explore equity, diversity and inclusion topics. Participants work through real-world scenarios, identify systemic biases, and co-build concrete practices for more inclusive workplaces. Essential for B Corp 'Equity, Diversity and Inclusion' pillar and CSRD ESRS S1.

What participants learn

  1. Understand different dimensions of diversity (visible and invisible)
  2. Identify unconscious biases in recruitment, management and daily interactions
  3. Learn concrete inclusive practices and tools
  4. Align teams on shared EDI vocabulary and commitments
