BPI Real Estate

BPI Real Estate brought its teams together around the ECGT directive, turning a regulatory requirement into a responsible communication habit.

Who they are

BPI Real Estate is a leading property developer in Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland, active for more than 30 years. The company designs residential projects, offices and urban spaces built to last, with particular attention to energy performance and reducing the environmental impact of its developments.

How we structured their ESG approach

Facing the entry into force of the ECGT directive, BPI Real Estate chose not to settle for defensive compliance and brought its marketing and communications, sales and sustainability teams together for a single-day, practical, sector-specific workshop. The session was designed as a constant back-and-forth between theory and practice. The directive was first placed in context, before being tested directly against real estate sector practices, then against BPI's own communication materials. This hands-on approach let teams spot risk areas in their content themselves and turn them into a communication opportunity rather than a mere regulatory constraint. Beyond ECGT, the day also opened a broader conversation about BPI Real Estate's ESG strategy, laying the groundwork for a lasting compliance method and questioning the overall consistency of their sustainability communication. Following the workshop, BPI Real Estate received a set of reference deliverables and dedicated consulting time to deepen the analysis of their content over the following months.
