Dots Brussels is a major player in the Brussels events scene, bringing together several landmark venues, Les Jeux d'Hiver, The EGG and Event Lounge. The group hosts a wide range of professional and private events every year.
How we structured their ESG approach
Dots Brussels's engagement began in 2025 with a clear goal, preparing the group, which brings together Les Jeux d'Hiver, The EGG and Event Lounge, for B Corp certification while building a solid, lasting ESG approach across its three Brussels venues. The project was structured around 7 work cycles, aligned with the pillars of the B Corp framework. An ESG team made up of one representative from each venue was formed and worked closely with management, with steering meetings held twice a month to coordinate actions and track priorities.
Many good practices already existed within the group. The process helped formalise and document them, and accelerated new initiatives with a tangible impact on governance, employees, the value chain and the environment, notably through an industry roundtable, strengthened partnerships with local suppliers, and the signing of charters and codes of conduct by partners. Teams were also made aware of climate issues and equity, diversity and inclusion topics through two dedicated workshops.
